Don’t Worry Darling is getting a lot of buzz but mainly for behind-the-scenes, onset drama surrounding the director, cast and all that comes along with that in 2022. Even as the lasers focus in on Don’t Worry Darling, waiting for it to show a flaw or anything less than perfection, a good reminder for today’s audiences is to look back on some of the other buzzy movies Hollywood has produced before with mixed results - some of them being home runs and some well, we will just keep moving along. Here’s to the budget being busted, high-concepts going sideways and the box-office bottoming out or breaking records with no in-between.
