FAMILY FOR THE HOLIDAYS

We all know this time of year is a mixture of emotions which range from glee to rage and whatever sits just aside from dumbfounded and delighted. Sometimes the best way to handle our familial issues is to sit in silence for a couple of hours and let the onscreen families do the talking and dysfunction. Or, maybe you’d long to have another opportunity to roll your eyes and bite your tongue or guess what . . . laugh and hug the whole crew. You know, the more and more I think about it maybe we could all use a voice like Juno’s dad Lady Bird’s mom greet us at the door one more time, even if it takes some restraint and perspective to take the step in the door because at the end of the day that’s living life with family. Or it’s all a mess and you revel it going the Knives Out approach. Happy Holidays!!!!!!
